We collaborate in the execution of the new building for the Estepona (Málaga) Town Hall
The construction of the new building for Estepona Town Hall will restructure the city by creating additional 169 parking spaces, managed by the social entity APRONA, and a public square of almost 5,000 square meters.
The building, whose energy efficiency has been one of the priorities, will be an environmental benchmark for the city. It will provide the highest levels of savings through renewable sources and bioclimatic solutions.
The construction period is 16 months involving a municipal investment of 11.1 million euros, which will contribute to the creation of direct and indirect employment in the city. The works have already started with the fencing of the plot and the adaptation of it.
